I think they were an option.  My car has them, but they're not
hooked up.  The car was hit on the passenger side before I 
bought it and a regular washer fluid reservoir was put back
in.  If you want to hook them up, I can get the parts for you
at the dealer here.  You'll need the big-ass washer reservoir,
another motor, and the hoses.  It's probably not worth it to
hook them up, but if you want the parts, I'll order them for
you.
