Ilias:
What you have to do is buy the Neuspeed 3 hole panel (or rip out the panel
from an Audi!). Its nothing more than .40 sheet metal that has the 3 holes
drilled in it and has the nice stock black dash looking finish. It fits
right into the ashtrey/oil temp guage slot.
Once you pop the gagues in the panel, the center guage is held in by the
rear bracket, on the guage. The 2 outer guages do the same thing but when
you install the panel into the console, the tabs on both outer guages hold
the console. Neuspeed also put a set of diresctions in their "Kit" that
clears up any doubt. 
Once mounted, its in there and not going anywhere.
