ANNOUNCE: Change of list config

Greetings all -

I've changed the list configuration to *not* include the Reply-To header that
points back to the list.  This is mainly due to a) fair amounts of email
intended for private transmission ending up posted to the list and b) lots
of traffic that (while amusing) doesn't necessarily apply directly to our
cars and could probably stand to be private email.

A couple of things about this new policy - you can still reply to the list.
Postings are still not restricted in any way (other than length), so you
just need to use the "reply to all" function in whatever mailer you use
or just copy/paste the list address into the CC: header.  With most mailers,
if you just use the normal reply function with the new list configuration
you'll be replying to the person who sent the original mail directly, not
the whole list.
