I can only vouch for the Sparco seats, but the brackets are basically just
tube steel bent and welded to support the seat and make use of the stock
rails.  I don't know why they were so expensive (150 Cdn)...according to
Ron you can probably get your own custom made for height, adjustability,
etc for more or less $$.
