Would I have a problem with 40mm offset?

I got these two month old Borbet Type H 15x7" wheels last May from a guy
with a Nissan for about $750 with brand new Dunlop SP4000s.  Anyway I am
getting Konis and Neuspeed race springs and I was wondering if the 40mm
offset will be bad in anyway with the lower car.  I figured since there
hasn't been any problem yet they will probably be fine but since I am about
to spend $200 on a black powder coating I dont want to if they will rub  at
all.  Actually I THINK the offset if 40.  It says ET40 on the inside of one
of the spokes which I figured was the offset.  Thanks a lot,
