Hello folks. Does any one have a set of the door jam grommets that go between the door and the body that seal up the speaker wire hole. I had a great set but my body man lost them. First generation Scirocco with 1.8 high-compression GTI Engine, ported head with crane cam, euro downpipe with Techtonics exhaust. Close-ration GTI five speed transmission. Suspension includes Bilsteins, Neuspeed swaybar, Delrin and polyurethane bushings. Also includes roll cage, front and rear stress bars, rear GTI disc brakes with proportioning valves, and yokohama a008 tires in good condition. Runs strong and handles well. Paint is getting a little old, but no rust on the body. Needs a little tweaking as it doesn't like cold starts. This is an excellent autocross car and street car for the mechanically inclined. Sale includes the original 1.6 liter engine in excellent condition. Color is midnight blue with red interior.

1977 vw scirocco. Texas car so the body is very solid. Garage kept here in indiana. This car has a high performance racing suspension, big bore air intake, new exhaust, lots of new parts, yokohama tires. I started to do a basic tear down to start priming and painting. I have the interior pretty much out and the windshield. I just dont have the time to devote to the project and its taking up much needed space in my garage. I have a 1976 Scirocco that’s been in storage for over twenty years that’s been completely disassembled and the body has been professionally stripped and coated with epoxy primmer inside and out. I have all the pieces to reassemble the car but just can’t find the time to do so. I’ve had this car since high school and the body is flawless with no accident damage, dings, or rust. The interior is black and the dashboard is not warped and has no cracks, which is very unusual for a car of this age. I have a lot of after-market parts that were purchased and never installed; such as, Neuspeed Sway Bars, Strut Bars, Springs, Koni Adjustable Shocks, Zender Body Kit, and many OEM new parts. I was also involved with a Volkswagen racing team, and have acquired many parts, including a complete 16-valve engine with the fuel injection system that has not even been broken in. In addition, there is a collection of 16-valve close ratio 5-speed transmissions parts and extra 16V engine parts. 1975 Scirocco w/ 80K original miles. Serial #5352008617 (so #8617 ever made I think). All/most records, runs strong, orig silver paint, minor surface/age rust no structural rust, always been garaged and in the northwest, a couple of small dings. New: front bearings, water pump, 1/2 shafts, radiator, hoses. Original Zenith Carb and aftermarket Weber carb, electronic points, Clymer, Haynes, and Bentley manuals. 1978 Scirocco project car. I have owned this car for 11 years have finally decided that I should let someone else finish it. The car was all original and running with over 200,000miles when I bought it in California. It has been completely stripped (interior and mechanical) bead blasted, primed and repainted with a beautiful dark racing green. The car currently has no interior or anything under the hood but it has a new headliner. All of the windows are back in (new windshield) and the body is completely together with bumpers and lights. I have a brand new (still sitting on the wood palate) 2.0Liter high compression engine and a 5speed transmission from an 84GTI. The car is sitting on 4 beautiful GTI wheels (14inch) with new tires. I have a used neuspeed suspension kit (sway bars etc.), gas shocks and lots of other parts from the GTI (brakes for instance). I have pretty much all of the parts to get it running except an exhaust system. I would really like to see this car finished but am afraid I'm not going to find time to do it. The car and parts have lived in a garage since I've owned it. I can send pictures on request.

I need to find a new home for a Scirocco project that never happened. It is a Scirocco I with a 2 liter 16v transplant, along with the power steering and interior from a Scirocco II. It is from California and has little rust, but the paint is far from shiny. What rust there is is little bits of surface stuff—the structure is solid and underbody is good. No Scirocco could have survived like this around here. It has great potential but is definitely going to need some time from someone. Mostly in wiring. When I got it, it had a cobbled up wiring job. I got a full harness from a 16v Scirocco and a friend decided to “help” by ripping the old harness out. So the new harness needs to be installed and possibly adapted. It comes with 13” tarantula wheels, some 14” teardrops and 15” Momos. And lots of spare parts. I am moving so it is time to admit I am not going to get to it. It needs someone with more time and energy to invest than I have. The car is in Minneapolis and will have to be hauled away, so a local sale is probably the way to go. $750/bo. I am moving so the car must go.

1977 scirocco asking $3000.00 we are second owners of a silver with black interior, fuel injected 98,000 mi. beauty stored in our mouse free garage for twenty plus years. all original seats (reupholstered), new sisal floor mats, original carpeting, door panels & headliner/visors all in excellent condition. all original tinted glass excellent. original engine & 4 speed transaxle with rebuilt stock shifter. replaced both front fenders, lower rear panel, hood, lower door skin on both doors, complete rt. rear wheel arch, lower lft. rear 1/4 panel, lft. outer rocker panel. replaced fuel tank, fuel lines along rocker, fuel pump, fuel pump relay, fuel distributor, water pump & ignition distributor. new aluminized 2" techtonics exhaust system with period correct twin tips. four new boge shocks & new front wheel bearings. new master brake cylinder with complete brake rebuild at each corner including hoses. 14" mk. ll 16 valve wheels. no known major collision damage, previously rust proofed, complete trim included. requires only blocking and final paint, replacement of steering rack boot (one) and inner c.v. boot (one). photos available upon request.

Hey folks, Im looking for an 81 Rocco parts car, or parts fitting an 81, specifically the front clip and rh door. I purchased a crashed but rust-free 81 S and swapped in a 2.0 16V and wiring, added rear disc brakes, and lots of other goodies, but i need some new front skin. I am not able to travel very far for parts right now due to lots of mandatory overtime at my job. But for the right deal, I may be able to work something out.

Looking for a good running S1. I missed out a couple of years ago on a great FSP Scirocco and now want to find one. Let me know what you have. Trying to stay on a budget though. Would be cool to find the car I looked at years ago. It was a 1980 white setup for FSP with some serious spring rates. It came out of Oak Creek, WI.

I am looking for an airdam that will fit a 1977 Volkswagen Scirocco, OEM part number 531-805-903. It is the driver's side airdam. Passenger side is in good condition. Low flying Sparrow took out the driver's side as I was going down the road.
