Source for OEM electrical connectors?

Anyone know of a source for VW/bosch electrical connectors and/or
pigtails?  I'm specifically looking for the male connectors for a late
TDI N75 valve, 02A reverse switch, and Passat 16v TPS.

I'll probably end up pillaging them from a wreck, but I'd prefer to
source new parts...
