TIG welder - this one big enough?

I have that model or perhaps its predecessor.
It's more than adequate for any automotive stuff.

Aluminum requires the most power input since it conducts the best by a wide margin so it can take a surprising amount of power to weld on something like an intake manifold.
Still I've been able to weld anything that needed welding.

If you haven't TIG welded before you might want to think about taking a class unless you have a lot of patience.
The techniques are quite a bit different from MIG welding and even sufficiently different from gas welding that it'll take some practice to pick it up.
