white smoke on startup

White smoke is usually indicative of head gasket or burning coolant

my car has been spewing white smoke on start up but after about 1 min or
2 it goes away till the next time i start the car im not quite sure what
it is. im thinking its i need to adjast my valves  or one of my valve
seals is bad  just wondering if you guys had any input
