will a scirocco motor work in a passat?

I bought this yesterday for $550 and i want to use a 1.8 16v head that in my
part scirocco, im not sure if it will work now though.

My one scirocco has a passat 2.0 block and 1.8 head but i noticed the passat
has more shit bolted to the head, so will this work? or do i need a 2.0 head
for a 2.0 block?
