DEQ Passed just fine.  Got my new tags, and drove her for the first time 
since... August??? Runs great, a bit retarded... maybe set to wrong 
timing mark but will fix tonight.  Top end keeps going and going! Power 
starts at ~2700RPM or more, Power falls off at ~6100RPM.  Got 
compliments from DEQ guy who prolly had no idea what I was driving (he 
called it "unique").  Later, while taking her out for "diagnosis", I got 
thumbsup from two separate red Audi drivers, so I must be doing 
something right.

Who is more retarded, the Scirocco or the owner?
