Holidays, Cincy and Crackheads

Ok I am trying to make the arrangements for travel to Cincy and I have been
told by my recruiter that Monday the 4th is a Holiday and that I should come
the following weekend and spend more time during the week.  (to interview
for jobs)  I pretty much told her that she was hittin' the mad wack Ganj...
but she keeps insisting that it's a holiday.

Can anyone confirm or deny my sanity here.  THIS IS SCIROCCO related as I am
trying to get to friggin Cincy.

So WTF?
