OT: some computer help needed



This looks like something that could be an easy fix.
Check to see if there is an autoexec.nt file and if not install the downloaded file.
I don't know if she has a floppy or not, but the file is only 2KB so easy to download and just copy to the C:\WINNT\system32\ directory.
We'll try this tonight.
