Mounts replaced and still shaking

My theory is loosen all of the engine mounts.Take two shots of the burnt 
Vodka,drive the hell out of it for two minuets.tighten the mounts and take 
two more shots of the burnt Vodka.Everything is lined up and if not you 
won't care.
  I thought everything was supposed to shake and vibrate.
