cardboard radiator air deflectors

Air will follow the path of least resistance. If the cardboards on both sides of the radiator are gone, air will have a tendency to bypass the radiator. Funny eh?

When I deleted my AC, I found two non AC cardboard so I filled the gap.

IIRC at highway speed the fan usually does not come on. Air from the car moving, provided you have no gap around the radiator, is sufficient to cool the motor. The fan is usefull when the car is not moving.

Hope this helps.
