Car still won't start :(



You didn't specifically mention checking out the cold start valve.
So, I'm wondering if you did that?
The reason I harp on this is it's quite possible, considering all the things you've done, that the engine just needs a good priming pulse from the cold start injector to get that first fire and get things rolling especially if your fuel flow is a little reduced from all the old gas slightly clogging the injectors.
CIS injected engines aren't very good at starting without a cold start injector in my experience.
