Not missing, my personal blather

Hey all,

I know its been many months since I've been around and posted. But I hope to
change that soon. So I relized that I haven't been active since October. Man
have things changed since then. I think the last time I posted somethign
worthwhile I knew I was getting a puppy, I don't even think I posted pics of
him yet. Well, he is one really healthy pup. Unfortunately, because of the
rental contract on the house I live in I cannot have him, so he stays with
his parents. I get to see him when I go home from "school" (that a whole
nother part of my story too.)
So the roc is now burried under half of a Z24 because I was going to replace
mine with one that was a year newer and a 5 spd, but it turned out to be
horribly cancerous. So it got quickly parted and the 5 spd parts saved to
convert mine eventually. Most of the parts buring the roc are going to be
sold though to fund to roc project.
I left Oreilly's to work for a brand new Advance Auto in the town I live in
an got a nice increase in pay. Now, I have been promoted to FT and another
increase in pay along with manager's responsibilities. I love it there and
have an awesome crew to work with.
Next, is my bad luck with school. I failed the one class that would allow me
to graduate this May. This also hurt my GPA bad enough that I was dismissed
for a semester. This is by far exciting but there are advantages. As I will
now have time to get the parts covering the roc sold and gone! And possibly
even enough money made to do some work on getting the roc back together.
The other large thing taking a lot of my time is a most amazing girl!! I met
her quite a while ago while I was dating Tarra, but we were friends and she
(Lisa) was also dating someone serious. Around aug or sept we started
talking online again and it soon progressed to phonecalls almost everyday.
We "remet" over Thanksgiving and a few weeks before Christmas decided to
give a relationship a try. The hard part is I am in central Iowa and she is
near Minneapolis. But she is great and is somewhat reasonable about my car
habits (but she will never fully understand.) She even make me want to be
good to her rather than just forsake her presents.
So hopefully, I can make some wonderful progress in my life this year. Get a
few car project moving along well, actually finally graduate from college
after 6.5 yrs, and who knows I might even make some great progress in my
personal life. (hoping to convince Lisa to come to Cincy with me!!)
