Broke a bleeder, options?

You can, but heat it up first.  Get the remains of the bleeder glowing
a dull red (or as hot as you can with a propane torch) then hot it
with pb blaster again.  When the steam stops, drive in the appropriate
sized ez-out and turn it out.

As Peter said, rebuilt calipers are pretty cheap at your FLAPS.
