RV engine question

Hello list,
   
  I just found an RV engine for $50. Seems like it is a good runner with low milage. It is digifant, So what just swap the head from the JH that has been sitting in the garage for a year and I should be able to run the CIS on it without trouble? I think that is the answer for stock 100hp. Reasurance is welcome!
