Rear Shocks question

Gently pry the ears that are on the axle that holds the shock away from the
frozen bolt or pry on one side with a screw driver to make enough clearance
to get the cut off wheel in there. Cut one side and then the next. The key
is to not cut any metal off the mount. Good luck, it took me a while to
whittle it away but it came off.
