See if your pinky fits inside, then it's probably N 20 376 1 which is 
9mm ID x 3mm wall.  Point your pinky at the FLAPS and grunt.  Oh, you 
don't want to take it off....

But if it goes to a small cannister, that would be the accumulator and 
that hose is supposed to be screw-on.  If you have clamps on that it may 
be already rigged once.  I forgot how they did these.  I don't think you 
can get anything for them at FLAPS and retain the fittings you need. 
This is one of those really bad problems.  One thing that I have heard 
works is custom hose from a truck place:

You'd have to bring it there and wait, never tried it though.
