Bilstein struts n shocks?

Ok this looks like fun!!! (NOT)
Looks like a need a wrench that goes 2.25" or so to twist the rusty ass cap
off the strut tower.

They came off so easy from the car. I was thinking wow maybe this will be a
repair that that's "easy"(never had one before, but I was hopefull) 8-)
Anyway I get the spring off and now I'm at the strut cap. Now it's a A2
Jetta the cap has a square looking top so I'm out to buy a large adjustable
or pipe wrench to pull it off. Stop me if I'm missing something.

Hopefully they will twist off. The square flange on top of the round cap
looks like it will help with removing it.

Wish me luck
David
