Cincy-bound

Sounds like it's starting and running briefly on the cold start injector.
Probably running too lean on the regular injectors due to the busted injector seat.
Might require a little tweaking of the fuel mixture screw in any case after you get it running.

You do have your 3mm long allen wrench handy??
