Caliper update

Applied vacuum, nothing changed.  Removed the caliper, applied various 
combinations of vacuum and pressure to both sides (line and bleeder), 
and still nothing.  If I apply pressure to the line side, the piston 
moves out a bit, but retracts when pressure is relieved.  Something is 
blocking flow through the caliper, so back it goes for a new one!
Really miffs me when simple procedures get delayed for asinine 
reasons....where the hell is quality control?  Why would they let 
something so obviously defective go out the door in the first place?
Ah well.
