I don't know how stock it was - rear 3 pointers were available on some
Sciroccos in some European countries in at least two flavours. The flavour
I have came from the UK, and are non-retractable. The factory parts
available elsewhere in Europe were reatractable.

(non-US?) cars. As such, I should be able to use the UK hardware and attach

That's the way it worked in my 84.5 - the stock c pillar mounts are behind
the headliner material. The retractable belts have the retractor located
under the metal support for the rear parcel shelf.

The retractable ones are as follows:

533 857 805 -> seat belt
533 857 805 A -> supersize version, seatbelt lengthened by 300mm

867 857 739 A and B -> left and right press button buckles, up to chassis
53-E-022074
533 857 739 -> double press button buckle, after chassis 53-E-022075

The non retractable ones that I have from the UK don't appear to have any VW
part numbers on them, don't show up in the fiche, but do appear to be either
factory or dealer add-on. Mine were sourced by one-time lister Andy Holmes
many moons ago.
