Finally! I am legal in PA!!

Took me long enough!! Geez! I got here January 15, and I just finally
finished the whole process. It took a lot! It involved:

New tires
New Clutch (thanks to sciroccojim!)
New tie-rods
New struts, strut mounts, springs at all four corners
New Reverse light switch
New brake light switch
New windshield (yay Pilkington!!)
New wipers (well, I didn't really need these)
New exhaust manifold (again, thanks to sciroccojim!)
New battery
and the obvious PA insurance, plate, registration, and a PA driver's license.

It passed emissions without much of a problem, except that my CO was a
bit high. The car would fail at 1.10, and mine got 1.09. oops! But
whatever, all of the other numbers were nice and low.

It feels good.
