How Bad is This?

So I  found this on the possible project I was going to pick up,  the rest 
of the car is very clean with very little rust.  I know there is a few dings 
and one dent about the size of a softball on the door but I wanted to set 
this up to be an Auto-X car.

I need some advice on what to do should I pick the car up anyway since the 
price is right or should I let it pass??
