Is the 1.8 16V really 1800 cc or is it a little less?

Well, the rules also say I can't deck the head or change the compression
ratio :(

Guess that leaves the EN 1.7 with a displacement of 1715. I just hoping
to have a 16V instead. I guess a 90 HP engine in a 1500 lb car is still
somewhat competitive. Those Honda hatchbacks seem to dominate that
   class.
