Not to mention the ABA has more modern slipper-skirt style pistons and
has better rod angle than the 3A...  I've done a few ABA, and ABA/JH
swaps into Sciroccos, and highly recommend them (try to get the 95 and
earlier OBD1 blocks though - they have a forged bottom end and piston
squirters).
