Another Auto tranny related Question

Golf, Jetta, Rabbit from 83 till mid 84 according to ETKA.
TNA code after that. Seems like it's essentially the same tranny. ETKA lists no difference in parts between the two!
TNA used to mid 85 in the Jetta and Scirocco, but till 89 in the Golf.
