Leather repaired and other stuff

Looks like I'll be picking up the interior for my 88 this weekend. A buddy
has had it since last summer (except for a trip to H2O, the car has been
sitting since then). He replaced the driver's side outer bolster leather
and stripped and redyed all of the leather. It should look almost as new,
at least like a really clean original interior with no tears or fading.

I can't wait to see how it came out. I'm excited! It'll be nice to drive
that car again.

On the agenda for this spring/summer: new hubs, wheel bearings, control
arms, bushings for steering, sway bars, etc., possible powder coating of the
strut housings and installation of new ATS Cups and tires, painting and
install of my euro bumpers, installation of a crack-free dash, triple gauge
cluster and a few more odds 'n ends. :-)

Sometime later this year, I hope to install and paint a new hood, as mine is
"denty."

Ironically, I'll likely drive the "beater" to Cincy and leave this one in
its cocoon. But I hope to take it to Waterfest.
