I'm a big fan of the .71 5th as well.  Super quiet on the freeway and
30mpg or more with a (really old school) Weber carburetor.  My 1.9
Drake motor has loads of torque, so as long as you are cruising at
55mph+, there is no downshifting required - hills or flatlands.
