I can't say for sure, but this seems misleading.  All the Citgos here in 
OK changed their name to Valero.  Now, did Citgo sell all their stations 
-to- Valero, or is Citgo just now known as Valero?

I dunno.  I will leave it up to the one-ball wizard to answer.
