OT: Oil companies



I disagree that it is pointless. Profits that Citgo make go to Venezuela directly.
I think it's well worthwhile to try to cut his profits as much as possible by not buying from him and perhaps having his prices drop.
The jackass thinks that it's more important to have directors of his companies loyal to him (and perhaps it is!) instead of competent at the business they are running so his profits are already 1/4 of some of his competitors. I'd just like to help him along.

It's still a world market for oil. But an inefficient company run by political lackies isn't going to compete well in that world market. I just think it'd be good to make him compete there instead of predominately in the US.
