What's your tune-up routine? Plus bonus ?s



I believe the synchromesh is a no-go for vw tranny's.  IIRC,.. its like a 
5W-30 oil that has friction modifier in it.  Produced by penzoil IIRC. 
Anyhow...stick with heavier stuff...75-90w, and redline mtl  is the lists 
choice.
