Sorry, I don't buy it.  Here's why:

 It claims to get its magical properties by putting a layer of PTFE (Teflon r) on the paint.  This is impossible.  
 There are only a few solvents that will dissolve PTFE (turn it from a solid to a liquid), and all of these solvents will dissolve organic paints (e.g. automotive paints) rather quickly.
  This means that, while there may be PTFE in StarShine, it will be in a solid form...fine powder...which will not adhere to the paint and will be gone as soon as you wipe this stuff off.

  Look up Teflon sometime, read it's history.  You'll discover just how difficult it is to get it to stick to a frying pan....it certainly is not a wipe-on/wipe-off process that waxing/polishing your car is.
 
  This stuff may be okay as a normal polish (it is not a wax and even says so), but only waxes....natural, such as carnauba, or synthetic such as resins and polymers...can protect finishes from oxygen, chemicals, and (to some extend) UV light.   It certainly will not last 5 years.  Guarantees such as that are counting on very few people actually going 5 years between treatments and those few that will, will probably not go to the trouble of asking for a refund.
  Remember, it doesn't promise to last five years, it only promises to give your money back when it doesn't last that long and you insist on a refund.  :)
