A beutiful day....

Julie,
First off sorry to hear about the car! Do you have picture of the car for
us all?

Watch out for the insurance company, they will do anything to cut there cost
down. I feel that I got screwed last year when I T-Boned a car pulling out
of a one way street the wrong way in my 98 jetta GT. The insurance company
totaled my car based on the fact that both Air Bag went off. They only give
me $3200 for the car and the book value was higher. They said they based it
on the dealer price for used cars.

I feel that I should have gotten atleast $4200 for the car, but that wasn't
the case. I ended up buying the car back for $300 and parted it out, and
then sold the shell for $400. I ended up making what I thought I should
have received for the car, so in the end it all worked out. Sucks that I
have a car payment now.

GL and let us know how it goes.
-Brian
