[Tech-Tip] How to Remove A Stubborn Vented Rotor Without A Hammer

One more trick up my sleeve.

 

I'm in the middle of stripping Gorgeous Green, an '81 Scirocco, and the
pass. rotor was stuck on there.

Instead of hammering it off, since that didn't work, I put a large
screwdriver in one of the vents, and put max force on the 30mm axle nut with
the air gun.

 

It came right off, without any damage.
