81 Clutch replacement - getting cable installed

[Eeffinger at conestogac.on.ca (Edward Effinger)]

Greetings.
We pulled the trans last night and sure enough, the pressure plate was in backwards.
Turned it around and all is well now.
As luck would have it, the water pump started dripping while the car was up in the air.
Looks like I may as well take care of it before I lower the car, unless the angle was the
causing of weeping.

Well, as luck would have it, I have to hook up with my daughter in Guelph
Saturday, I may venture onwards to see another MkI....so where are you/
phone # and all that contact info stuff?? I'll let you know for sure if I'm
gonna head up to your place, but it's possible anyway, I'll bring my
stickers and pack my garage wardrobe. LMK anyway, there are still a few
things I need to get sorted out, but I may just wander up there!
