   You are not OK.
   You probably have whiplash.
   Some back and neck injuries will not show with X-rays. Try to get an 
MRI or a scan. And if possible, try to get it done while standing, 
rather than lying down, as some side effects show better that way.
   But you should definitely get treatment.
