Tracing Electrical Drain.

My son and I have traced an electrical drain to the circuit associated with
the 3rd fuse from the left which controls the radio, clock, door locks,
etc....  It is not the radio head unit or the amplifier as we disconnected
both of them and the draw continues.  How do we go about tracing what
electrical line is causing this drain?  Where do we do additional testing at
and how?
