Slight electrical issues?



Okay, comments within, but first things first...What in the heck do you
think you're doing?? I mean, the cars are apt to be jealous as it is, then
this announcement->

 The new thing is

OKay, is it possible that there is a voltage regulator problem? The Cabby
did this prior to the new v.r.. That fan seems to draw quite a bit anyway.

Seems to me a bad accumulator acts like this, but someone else can confirm
that. I suppose a heat related resistance issue could do that too.
