WB sucess

Chuck,
Congratulations on getting the WB working. It's really a hell of a tool!
As far as AFR, I don't know what your running at, but just going down the highway, like 60 kpa or less your engine can be as lean as it will run without missing. Since you don't have a cat you don't need to run at stochiometric and your mileage will be better the leaner you can run. There isn't enough heat generation at low load to hurt anything.
Once you start tuning in the 90-100 kpa range the AFR should transition to around 13.5. When you get into boost, like the 6 psi you're running you should probably be down around 12.5-12. Leaner (around 13) will actually make more power, but it's more likely to detonate. The extra fuel cools things down a little.
Megasquirt has a lot of cool tools for tuning. Vexme works well, and there is another software tool available at www.msefi.com. Basically you datalog, feed the datalog into the tuning program and it suggests changes to your fuel map. You still need to apply intelligence to the output in terms of smoothing the map.
Also, the later versions of MSnS-e have autotune. You fill in an 8X 8 AFR target table, turn on autotune and it corrects the VE table on the fly!! Still might need to smooth the map some, but cool tool nonetheless!
As far as the LC-1 make sure it's analog output to the MS is set so 0V=10afr and 5V=20afr. That's what MS expects. Also, set the LC-1 so it is NOT high impedance output on the channel you've connected to the MS. MS already has the high impedance.

Hope I'm not just running off my mouth telling you a bunch of stuff you already know. Some of the LC-1 setup stuff I didn't find out until I did some stumbling around on msefi.
My nephew made 180 hp with his 1.9L 8V running 10 psi and his tuning wasn't that good. Basically running rich at ~10:1 (because we didn't understand the LC-1 setup requirements!)
So, 200 hp should be well within reach.
