Man....

Well, _I_ was driving a white MkI in the snow today!!!!!! WOOHOO! Power was
provided by a big 'ol Zetor loader tractor, and I had to sit on my boots so
I didn't get snow on my butt (no windows/no brakes/no interior/snow on
floor/roof previously detached by sawzall and now wired on, sort of. But
dammit, it put a smile on my face, I just love these cars. Even sitting in
the shell of one works for me. How sad is THAT???

Yeah, I was off on a GTG weekend up at Drew's. Wiring got done, but it was
mainly AC stuff (barn lighting), and it was all for the cause, time saved
in one area translates to Scirocco wrenching later. As always, it was
enjoyable to be in the company of a fellow addict, not to mention seeing
Carrots and Inga again. Yeah, I was offlist for a few days, hope you all
enjoyed the break from my blather!
