Relays: Turn Signal & Rear Wiper

When 2 lamps are on they are in parallel. Reducing the resitance the relay sees by 1/2. A high resistance or only one lamp will cause the relay to flash faster.
Check the grounds at the flashers as well as the lamp socket for corosion. That should do the trick.
