16v Injector Removal?

So I'm taking advantage of the warm weather to tear into my "new" 16V  
and replace things.

I'm trying to remove the injectors.  What's the trick?  I can't  
remember from the last time I did this.

I do have the 8V tool, but it doesn't seem to help.
