Failed Emission Test

I have a month to get it re-tested and if I don't, I may just put it
away for the season and deal with it in the spring.  If I do 'rent' the
cat it will be this time and three more, once it is 25 it is done with
testing!

Well, it's not on my shelf right now, it's rented out....but if you're
going to H2O maybe Mark's done with it eh?
