Idle Adjust Screw

But in a pinch (you know like need the car to go grab an o-ring at the local
flaps store, (and I have used this before for temp solution with no ill
effect), wrap one or two layers of Teflon tape on the thread of the screw
when you put it back in. should hold you up for at least a week.

Cheers

Yep, and it's likely got a dead O ring on it. Get a new one (the screw) or
replace with a fresher one. You may cure a vaccuum leak at the same time!
