transmissioin - rebuild or replace?

It sounds like you are just low on fluid. If you are trying to keep it alive
I would add Lucas Oil Stabilizer to the tranny then top off with tranny
fluid if needed. IF there is a slight leak the Lucas stuff will help to slow
it and helps the gear oil to stick to the gears rather than get thrown off.
Also if you have a leak or possible leak becareful of putting Redline or
synthetic in as it will only make it worse.
