City Lights

until recently, T4W bulbs were used, these have round
metal sockets. they may be the same as license plate
lights. currently, most german cars use W5W bulbs,
these have flat, glass sockets, side marker bulbs are
normally W3W or W4W bulbs. this 'city light' that
everyone in USA talks about is the parking light. in
european cars, and some japanese cars, this is the
only parking light on the front. nothing on the
sides, and definately nothing yellow illuminates.
